School Management

website

A responsive Next.js school website prototype for notices, admissions, routines, results, downloads, staff, and galleries, using local sample content and a demonstration admin interface.

Client: TalendIT · View client experience

Role
Frontend information architecture and React interface development
Scope
Next.js routes, reusable school-content components, responsive navigation, and a demonstration admin area
Status
Frontend prototype with static sample content and demonstration admin state

Problem

Students and guardians need familiar routes to notices, routines, results, and admission information. A school-site prototype can explore that navigation and content organization before introducing a live content service.

Constraints

  1. C1

Public pages use repository-local sample content rather than a connected school database.

  2. C2

Admin login uses client-side in-memory state and does not establish server-side authentication or authorization.

  3. C3

The teacher admin route is a placeholder, and forms should not be assumed to persist submissions.

  4. C4

No integration with the separate school-management backend was verified.

Architecture

A responsive Next.js school website prototype for notices, admissions, routines, results, downloads, staff, and galleries, using local sample content and a demonstration admin interface.

01

Page structure

Next.js App Router pages separate admissions, notices, routines, results, downloads, gallery, and other school information.

02

Reusable presentation

React components and Tailwind CSS provide shared navigation, content cards, and responsive layouts; Swiper supports carousel presentation.

03

Local content

Pages read bundled sample data and static assets, including sample downloadable documents.

04

Admin demonstration

A React authentication context holds a demonstration user in memory; admin navigation and layouts illustrate the interface without a secure backend.

Decisions

D1

Prototype navigation with local content

Bundled content makes the public information structure inspectable without depending on a live database or content-management service.

D2

Keep admin behavior explicitly demonstrative

The portfolio describes the in-memory login and placeholder management routes as interface exploration rather than completed school administration.

D3

Share presentation across public resource pages

Reusable cards and navigation support several types of school information without requiring a separate layout implementation for every page.

Contribution

  • Composed school information into dedicated Next.js pages and reusable React components.
  • Added responsive navigation, document views, gallery presentation, and an admin interface demonstration.
  • Kept public demonstration content in repository-local data and static assets.

Outcomes

  • The source provides a multi-page school information prototype with clear public-resource navigation.
  • The work demonstrates frontend composition; it does not establish persisted administration or a connected full-stack school system.
  • Bundled content allows the public interface to be explored without configuring a school database.

Verified stack

  • JavaScript
  • Next.js
  • React
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Swiper
  • Google Maps API
